10 :30 AM to 12 Noon Saturday morning practice sessions will be very simple and unelaborate (like our Buddha nature) and will include sitting meditation, opening & closing prayers, as well as chanting practices and mantras to help us develop loving kindness and compassion within ourselves towards all living beings.
